Digital Marketing Manager (m/f/d) - E-Mail & Push Notifications

Your tasks include the continued development of email marketing (with a focus on triggered emails and automation) and the planning, design and implementation of results-oriented email campaigns and various newsletters.

These are your tasks:
- The continued development of email marketing with a focus automation as well as triggered and event-based emails
- Comprehensive campaign management: planning, generating, sending, controlling and optimising email marketing measures for new and existing customers
- Optimising the relevant KPIs such as delivery, open and click rates in a performance-driven setting
- Development, A/B testing and control of new segmentation and communication strategies for individual and rule-based addresses in the customer lifecycle
- Involvement in the implementation of comprehensive online marketing campaigns
This is what you'll bring to the table:
- Business Studies degree with a focus on marketing or comparable qualification/training
- Experience of results-driven email marketing with a focus on automation
- Experience in the design and implementation of overarching online marketing campaigns
- Experience in using email marketing tools and/or customer data platforms (ideally knowledge of HubSpot)
- Structured working methods and strong analytical skills
- High quality standards and an eye for detail
- Great communication skills and a real team player
- High ‘hand-on’ mentality, proactive and reliable
- Very good command of German and/or English
