As an IT specialist for systems integration, you will advise our eCommerce customers and partners on our software. During your training at shopware AG, you will be part of our Technical Support team from the very first day. As a Technical Support employee, you will be the contact person for all technical questions from our customers and partners and will support them with help and advice by e-mail and telephone. Responsibility for documentation (the Shopware Wiki) and Quality Assurance will also be part of your role. During your training at shopware AG, you will work in different departments and thus learn every facet of the job during your traineeship.

If we have both enjoyed the trial work, we will agree on contract details and sign your apprenticeship contract together. We know that the first days in your apprenticeship are exciting and full of questions.
