Job interview
Your application won us over! We would like to get to know you better during an interview (by phone or video call). At the same time, we want you to get a feel for Shopware and the job. We'll meet as equals: In addition to a representative from the respective department, the interview will also be attended by a member of our People & Culture team.
Get-to-know day
If we feel you're a great fit for the Shopware team, we'll arrange a time for you to join us for a meet and greet, where you'll gather a more personal idea of our daily work life. At the end of the day, we will clarify any open questions and let you know when you can hear from us next.
Job offer & the start of your career with Shopware
If we have both enjoyed the meet and greet, we will agree on contract details and sign your employment contract together. We know that the first days in a new job are exciting and full of questions. To make it as easy as possible for you to join us, we have thought of various ways to make you feel welcome from day one: Upon arriving, your workplace and IT are already waiting, and lunch is ordered so you can look forward to your training plan. In addition, you'll have a buddy who will support you with advice and assistance from day one.
