Special Contractual Terms for Shopware Research Previews

1. Scope of Application, Relationship to the GTC

1.1. These Special Contractual Terms for Shopware Research Previews (“SCT-RP”) apply in addition to the use of Research Previews of shopware AG, Ebbinghoff 10, 48624 Schöppingen, Germany (“shopware”).

1.2. These SCT-RP supplement the General Terms and Conditions of Business of shopware (“GTC”). In the event of conflicts, these SCT-RP shall take precedence over the GTC. In all other respects, the GTC and the further contractual components referenced therein shall remain applicable without change.

2. Research Previews

2.1. Research Previews are test versions within the meaning of Section 3.8 GTC. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, the provisions set out therein shall apply to Research Previews.

2.2. Section 14.4 and Section 14.5 GTC shall apply accordingly to feedback, proposals, ideas, suggestions, bug reports and other comments on Research Previews, as well as to content, results and other work products arising from the use of Research Previews.

3. AI-Based Functions

The Terms of Use for AI-Based Systems of shopware AG shall apply in addition to the use of AI-based functions within Research Previews, available at https://www.shopware.com/en/legal/ai-usage.

4. Third-Party Integrations

Where Research Previews enable interfaces or integrations with third-party providers, in particular GitHub, hosting, deployment or publishing services, Customer uses these third-party services on its own responsibility. The contractual terms and data protection information of the respective third-party providers shall remain unaffected.
