Coming soon: Introduce Agentic Capabilities for Copilot (Blueprint)
We’re excited to announce that the first blueprint for Copilot’s agentic capabilities will be coming in the next days – an early step towards a more autonomous commerce business. Copilot will soon go beyond answering questions or delivering data insights, helping you take care of many basic commerce tasks.
In Blueprint, you will soon be able to use Copilot to handle a wide range of administrative tasks, such as creating discount campaigns, setting up flows, or editing products in bulk.
This is just the beginning. The current blueprint represents an early iteration, and we’ll be intentionally opening it up at this stage to learn fast. Your feedback plays a key role in shaping how Copilot evolves into a tool orchestrating multiple agents for taking over everyday commerce workflows.
Throughout the Blueprint phase, access to Copilot will be available for free to everyone. For the full launch it will be part of the Shopware Intellgence+ offering.

Coming Soon: New metrics for Shopware Analytics
New: Conversion Rate, revenue distribution of channels & search terms.
We’ll be expanding Shopware Analytics (Beta) in the coming days with new metrics to give you deeper insights into your business performance. Soon, you’ll be able to track your shop’s conversion rate, analyze the revenue distribution across your sales channels, and better understand what your customers are searching for.
These additions are directly shaped by your feedback. Since the beta launch, many of you have shared valuable input, highlighted gaps, and voted on what matters most. The new metrics will reflect some of the most requested points across all channels.
A big thank you to everyone who took the time to comment, review, and share feedback. Your input is helping us sharpen Shopware Analytics and define the path out of beta – making sure we focus on what you need to work with it successfully.

Please note: Shopware Analytics is independent of the minor release and is an app that updates automatically once installed.

More control over product previews on social media
You can now define custom Open Graph data for products, including title, description, and image. These settings are available in the SEO section of the product details. This allows you to control how product links appear when shared on social media or messaging platforms – ensuring consistent and targeted previews.

Storefront improvements
This release includes several updates that improve product presentation and interaction in the storefront.
More relevant variant display in listings
You can now control which variant of a product is shown in product listings and search results. With the “Display best matching variant” setting, the most relevant variant is automatically selected based on the current search or filters. This ensures customers immediately see the most relevant version of a product.

Accurate purchase limits for closeout products
Selectable purchase quantities on the product detail page are now dynamically updated for closeout products. Minimum, maximum, and step quantities are fetched based on the current stock when customers interact with the quantity field – even if the page is served from cache.
3D model animations
You can now use 3D models with animations in the storefront. Simply upload a model with embedded animations and assign it to a product. Customers can play these animations directly in the shop, creating a more interactive product experience.
Internal order comments visible in the order list
Internal comments for orders are now accessible directly from the order list via an icon. This allows you to quickly spot important notes without opening the order details – helping you stay on top of your orders more efficiently.

UX and accessibility improvements
This release includes several smaller improvements to usability and accessibility in the storefront and checkout.
Improved visibility and accessibility of the cookie bar
The cookie bar now receives focus automatically and is placed more prominently, making it easier to use for keyboard and screen reader users.

Order cancellation only for valid order states
Customers can now only see the cancellation option when the order status allows it, helping prevent invalid actions.
Custom ordering of salutations
You can now define the order of salutations in forms, such as registration or checkout. Default salutations (not_specified, mrs, mr) are assigned automatically. After the update, review your settings under Settings → Shop → Salutations to adjust the order if needed.

This release includes several technical improvements for performance, stability, and integrations:
Enhanced security options: New optional rate limiters for login and OAuth endpoints allow more granular control per user and per IP.
Improved product and pricing APIs: Enhanced schema descriptions and JSONL export support simplify integrations and handling of product data.
Data model updates: Changes such as the move to SHA-256 for product grouping, along with additional control over variant display and salutations.
App system improvements: Validation of app requirements helps detect misconfigurations early.
Performance and indexing options: New configuration options, such as disabling product search keyword indexing.

We wish you lots of fun and success with the latest version of Shopware.
