Shopware Subscriptions – Mixed Carts

Available in “Beyond”

Subscription

Mixed Carts makes shopping even easier for customers: for the first time, they can order regular products and subscriptions together in one shopping cart.

What used to be two separate ordering processes now merges into one seamless shopping experience.

How it works

Customers can mix and match freely:

  • One-time items and subscription products end up together in the shopping cart.

  • At checkout, a single order is created that contains both the one-time purchase and the first delivery of the subscription.

  • Shopware then automatically takes care of recurring follow-up orders.

  • Only if a subscription starts at a later date (e.g., “every Thursday”) does the purchase process remain separate as before.

Advantages

  • Simple checkout: Customers no longer have to go through multiple ordering processes.

  • More conversions: A smooth purchasing process increases the completion rate for recurring products.

  • More flexible shopping carts: Ideal for shops that combine subscription models and individual sales – for example, in the food, cosmetics, or pet supplies sectors

Who it's relevant for

For all merchants who use Shopware Subscriptions and want to offer their customers a more convenient, modern shopping experience.

Budget Management & Approval Workflow for B2B Companies

Managing budgets within B2B organizations just got easier. With this new feature, B2B companies can now set up budgets and define approval workflows whenever a spending limit is reached or exceeded.

This enhancement strengthens the existing B2B Components by introducing a budget management system that ensures full visibility, control, and accountability across all purchasing activities.

B2B Components – budget management

How it works:

  • Set and manage budgets: Create, update, or deactivate budgets in the administration.

  • Track spending: View available and used budgets directly in the storefront.

  • Approval workflow: Automatically trigger an approval process for any order exceeding the defined budget limit.

  • Visibility for all roles: Both employees and approvers can clearly see budget status during the purchasing process.

Who benefits

  • B2B customers: Gain clear insights into their spending limits and purchasing freedom.

  • B2B employees: Experience an efficient workflow with approval processes built into the storefront.

  • Shop owners & admins: Maintain full control of budgets and spending behavior within their organizations.

First skill for Copilot: Data Insights

Available as beta feature

With Data Insights, you can now effortlessly turn data into decisions – directly within the Shopware admin. Copilot answers data-related questions in natural language and instantly visualizes the results as text, tables, or graphs.

How it works:

Simply ask your data related questions, like:

  • “Show me a graph of the evolution of my GMV of each month of this year.”

  • “What are my Top 10 bestseller products?”

Copilot provides rapid and clear answers, eliminating the need for complex analytics tools or manual setup.

Advantages

  • Effortless insights: Get valuable performance data without relying on analysts.

  • Smarter decisions: Detect trends and blind spots faster.

  • Simple access: Use natural language – no configuration required.

Data & privacy

Copilot only reads the data that merchants explicitly grant access to – and does not process any personally identifiable information (PII). Sensitive data like customer names or addresses remain protected and inaccessible to Copilot.

Who it’s relevant for

All Shopware merchants who want to understand their shop performance more intuitively and make better, data-driven decisions.
