Your Shopware 6 Experts – E-Commerce Agency eseom

From vision to innovation – sell online successfully!

We have been developing Shopware online shops since 2017 and have steadily evolved into a dedicated e-commerce agency, focusing almost exclusively on building online shops. The vast majority of our projects have been implemented with the Shopware 5 and Shopware 6 platforms. With numerous shops, Shopware plugins, theme and plugin development, interfaces within the Shopware ecosystem and more, we are your ideal partner for Shopware projects in the mid-market.

Values that matter to us

When describing who we are as an agency, we start with our core values. We focus on long-term collaboration with our clients, prioritising the sustained success of each shop over short-sighted fixes. That includes honest, transparent consulting followed by the expertise to implement what we’ve agreed:

  • Competence

  • Reliability

  • Honesty

These values are important to us because they are the foundation of trusting, long-term partnerships. Competence ensures the quality of our work and guarantees we develop the best solutions for our clients. Reliability means we keep our promises and deliver on time. Honesty fosters open communication our clients can rely on at any moment—forming the basis for sustainable collaboration.

Our core competencies: a holistic view of your online-shop project

From initial concept—including an analysis of your business processes—through full implementation and ongoing support, we take a holistic approach to your online shop. We do not view your shop in isolation, but in the context of your overall organisation and sales structure. This ensures your Shopware shop is seamlessly integrated into your operations and, beyond basic shop functionality, creates added value for your end customers and dealers, sales & marketing, customer service and logistics.

Analysis & concept – our approach

We typically structure projects into four major areas and begin with an analysis. These include:

  • General topics: number of languages, number of front ends, target audiences, biggest pain points in the sales process, goals you want to achieve with the shop, etc.

  • Design: visual aspects and UX optimisation to enable the best possible user flow—getting customers to the right product and through checkout quickly. This primarily covers optimisation of product and category pages, navigation and content pages.

  • Functions: special features such as configurators, enquiry processes in the shop, B2B functions like customer-specific pricing, downloads of customer-specific price and product lists, bill of materials functionality and more. We have developed numerous, including very demanding, plugins that extend your shop’s capabilities.

  • Interfaces & data transfers: we first define the required data and data sources, then specify how each data type is exchanged—customers, product data, prices, as well as customer/order exports. We start with standard connectors (e.g. existing ERP → Shopware 6 interfaces on the market) or alternatively develop our own API- or file-based (CSV, JSON, XML) integrations.

Project flow – the key steps

Developing an online shop involves many steps—here are the most important at a glance:

  1. Introductory meeting

  2. Analysis & concept (for larger projects including a specification document) – focus on priority-1 items

  3. Proposal & commissioning based on the concept

  4. Implementation & development of the defined scope

  5. Go-live & hypercare phase

  6. Ongoing support, optimisation and implementation of priority-2 items

Ongoing support & strategic optimisation

The launch of your new Shopware shop is only the beginning. We remain at your side after go-live. We handle maintenance, provide continuous support and work with you on strategies for the ongoing optimisation of your shop as a high-performing sales channel. We draw on a wide range of successful B2C (end-customer) and B2B (dealer/wholesale) shops, bringing that expertise and experience directly into your project.
