01 Consultation & Requirements Analysis

In collaborative workshops, we inquire about your goals, the technical and general context, future requirements, we ask about the wishes of your trading partners and examine the concerns of your customers. This way, we establish the foundation that takes into account your strategy and objectives in sales and marketing.

02 Conception

The conception is based on the results of the requirements analysis. During this phase, we assemble the goals, requirements, and dependencies into a cohesive picture and derive tasks from it.

03 Implementation & Integration

We plan your shop structure and create the UX/UI design, optimized for mobile and desktop. We integrate the shop platform with the necessary external systems and set up the payment process. We make all desired and required customizations/individualizations, such as those in the checkout or shopping cart, to achieve the optimal functionality of your shop.

04 Operation & further development

We are one of the few agencies in Germany that has developed a reliable staging/live system for Shopware. This functionality enables us to build the shop in a secure, externally invisible staging environment, both for you and us. After thorough testing, the shop is transferred to the live environment and becomes visible to everyone only at that moment. This feature also aids us in the continuous development of the shop. Updates to the platform and content can be developed without affecting the live environment and can be published at agreed-upon times.
