🗓️ Date: September 2, 2026 ⏰ Time: 3:30-10:30 PM 📍 Location: nook Lakehouse | Karl-Marx-Damm 23, 15526 Bad Saarow 🚌 Shuttle service: We provide a complimentary shuttle from Berlin Central Station for both the outbound and return journey. Alternatively, you are welcome to make your own travel arrangements. If you prefer to arrive on your own, please be there by 5:00 PM. The nook Lakehouse is approximately 75 km away, with a travel time of around 1 hour and 15 minutes. 🕠 Flexible attendance: Unable to join us at 5:00 PM or tied up with work during the day? No problem – simply join us later. You are welcome to arrive from 6:30 PM for dinner and networking.

The second edition of the Shopware Experience Series takes us out of the city and into nature.

Together with camel active, we are inviting 30 selected e-commerce and retail decision-makers to an exclusive outdoor experience in the Berlin region. At nook Lakehouse in Bad Saarow, we are creating a unique setting for movement, inspiration, and meaningful personal exchange – centred around nature, community, and an authentic brand experience.

Instead of a traditional conference setup, you can expect a day that brings the spirit of camel active to life: spending time outdoors, gaining new perspectives, and building valuable connections in a relaxed atmosphere.

• A shared forest activity in nature We will start the day outdoors with an active group experience. During an interactive activity in the forest, guests will explore the surroundings, connect with one another in a playful way, and experience the outdoor spirit of camel active first-hand.

• Inspirational Fireside Chat with camel active In the evening, camel active and Shopware will share insights into brand experience, commerce, and digital growth strategies. The focus will be on an authentic exchange about how brands can create genuine connections – both online and offline.

• Farm-to-Table Dinner & Networking A curated dinner in a relaxed lakehouse atmosphere will create space for valuable conversations between professionals from e-commerce, retail, outdoor, sports, and performance.

• Campfire, Community & Activation The day will end around the campfire with drinks and a special event activation – leaving plenty of room for new connections, meaningful conversations, and lasting memories.
