Smart Dato has been building custom e-commerce and software solutions from South Tyrol, Italy since 2015. We were the first Shopware partner in Italy.

A shop is only finished when orders, prices, and stock levels move between the shop and the ERP without manual rework. We build Shopware shops for B2B and B2C and connect them to existing ERP, PIM and logistics systems. We are not tied to any particular software and work with whatever is already running in your business.

Alongside e-commerce, we develop custom web applications and native mobile apps for iOS and Android, and support companies with process automation and digital transformation.

Cross-border commerce between Italy and the DACH region is where we are strongest. For the Italian market we cover the parts that are hard to assess from the outside: electronic invoicing via SDI, Italian invoicing and tax requirements, local payment and shipping processes. We work in both directions: Italian companies expanding into the DACH region, and German, Austrian and Swiss companies selling into Italy, from requirements analysis through to ongoing operation.
