The kununu platform, where employees can rate their employer, awards the Top Company Award annually to the companies with the best ratings. Only 5% of all companies represented on kununu receive an award. We were also honoured with the award again for the year 2023.

Climate Neutral Company 2020
Shopware has been certified by Fokus Zukunft as one of the first CO~2~ neutral IT companies. Through supporting a eucalyptus reforestation project in Uruguay, the tons of CO~2~ produced annually by the company will be fully offset.

Technology Fast 50 Award 2019
An award that acknowledges rapid growth is always something special. But when you've won an award for rapid growth five years in a row, you know you're doing something right. This is why Shopware is particularly pleased to have been awarded the Deloitte Technology Fast 50 Award in 2019, for the fifth consecutive year. Every year, the auditing and consulting group Deloitte presents this award to the 50 fastest growing technology companies in Germany.
Innovator of the Year
Since 2016, brand eins and Statista perform an extensive analysis surrounding “exceptionally innovative companies”. In the course of this evaluation, Shopware was determined as one of the most innovative small and medium-sized companies in the branch “Internet, Media & Communication”.
2018
Technology Fast 50 Award 2018
For the fourth year in a row, Shopware was among the 50 fastest growing technology companies in Germany in 2018, which are awarded annually by the auditing and consulting group Deloitte. Considering growth over the past four years plays a decisive role in determining the award recipients, such a frequent placement in the Top 50 is an extraordinary value that confirms the continuous and healthy growth of Shopware.
Sustained Excellence Award
In 2018, Shopware was pleased to receive the Sustained Excellence Award, which was awarded as a special prize in the Deloitte Technology Fast 50 Awards. The Sustained Excellence Award is given exclusively to the few companies that, in addition to long-term growth, also recognise innovative ability, entrepreneurial spirit and sustainable corporate management.
2017
Technology Fast 500 Award
Once again, Shopware was recognised with the Technology Fast 500 Award at the beginning of December 2017. Auditing and consulting group, Deloitte, awards the prize annually to the fastest growing companies from various regions. In this year’s ranking, Shopware came in number 462 for companies from Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Innovator of the Year
The renowned business magazine brand eins, in conjunction with the Statista online portal, has given Shopware the "Innovator of the Year award for 2017". "According to Statista, the awarded companies are the pioneers of intelligent products, processes and services. Alongside their special corporate culture, this is what clearly distinguishes shopware from its competitors.
Technology Fast 50 Award
2017 marked the third consecutive year that Shopware received the Technology Fast 50 Award, in which Deloitte honours 50 companies with the highest annual sales growth in Germany. With a high sales growth of 243% over the course of four years, Shopware ranked 20th in 2017, once again demonstrating the company’s constant and stable expansion as a leading eCommerce platform.
2016
Technology Fast 50 Award
Shopware is not only growing qualitatively, but also quantitatively. In 2016, the shop system manufacturer was once again one of the fastest-growing companies in Germany. After receiving the award in 2015, the software manufacturer from Münsterland improved its ranking and took 18th place with 260% growth over four years. Deloitte annually awards the 50 companies with the highest sales growth in Germany.

Every year, the auditing and consulting firm Deloitte GmbH recognizes 50 of the fastest growing technology companies for their entrepreneurial excellence. In 2015, Shopware was decorated with the “Technology Fast 50 Award”; an award that is determined on the basis of Shopware’s cumulative revenue growth from the previous 4 fiscal years.
