1. Online application

Has a position sparked your interest? Great! Then go for it - you can apply online using our application portal.

2. Reviewing your application

You will receive a confirmation of receipt after you have uploaded your documents to our online application portal. Please understand that it takes some time to review the documents. We, therefore, ask for a bit of patience and will get back to you as soon as possible. You can typically expect to hear back from us within two weeks.

3. Initial Interview with Talent Acquisition

If your application has convinced us, we’ll invite you to a 30-minute video call with a member of our Talent Acquisition team.

In this first conversation, we aim to discuss the most important key points, give you an overview of Shopware, the role, and the next steps in the hiring process, and offer space for your initial questions. The exchange takes place at eye level – open, informative, and straightforward.

4. Interview with the Hiring Department

If the initial interview went well for both sides, the next step is a 60-minute video interview with the relevant department.

The focus here is on a professional deep dive into your previous experience, expertise, and the position to be filled. At the same time, you’ll gain an authentic impression of what to expect from the team.

5. Get-to-know day

If we feel you're a great fit for the Shopware team, we'll arrange a time for you to join us for a meet and greet, where you'll gather a more personal idea of our daily work life. At the end of the day, we will clarify any open questions and let you know when you can hear from us next.

6. Job offer & the start of your career with Shopware

If we both enjoyed the Get-to-know day, we will agree on the contract details and sign your employment contract. We will ensure that your start is as easy as possible and that you feel welcome from day one. We will prepare your IT and an individual training plan for you. You will also have a buddy to support you with advice and assistance.
