Shopware Agency for B2B Commerce and ERP Integration

HEPTACOM GmbH, based in Bremen, Germany, is a Shopware Platinum Partner, the highest partner level at Shopware. We have been delivering Shopware projects since 2015, from Shopware 5 to the current version, Shopware 6. Our services cover B2B and B2C online shops as well as custom software solutions, with particular expertise in manufacturers, wholesalers and industrial companies.

Connected Processes Across Shop, ERP and CRM

In B2B commerce, integration with the existing system landscape determines the success of an online shop. With HEPTAconnect, we have developed our own integration solution. It synchronises orders, customer data and stock levels between Shopware and ERP and CRM systems (including Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Business Central, SAP).

We continuously expand our portfolio of Shopware extensions. It currently includes:

  • Multi-client management for roles, permissions and responsibilities

  • Workflow approval for internal ordering processes

  • Microsoft Login for single sign-on with the company account
