The Shopware Community Day will take place for the 11th time this year, and you’re invited to join our global community. What started as a small in-house exhibition in 2010, has now developed into THE online event for the global ecommerce community. Our goal is to bring you closer to the future of digital commerce through inspiring presentations, lectures and panel discussions. In addition, you’ll benefit from unique networking opportunities with experts and like-minded ecommerce enthusiasts.
Three stages – endless input, insights and inspiration!
Like last year, the SCD 2021 will be fully digital, so you can join in and be inspired no matter where in the world you are. We’ll have three stages for you – not just one! And thematically they’ll be separated by different fields of interest. During specialised masterclasses you can dive deeper into fascinating ecommerce topics that are particularly interesting to you. These will be recorded so you can watch the replay anytime after the SCD. Our speakers this year are international experts that will share their insider knowledge and bring priceless insights onto the stage – and onto your screen. Steve Wozniak (Co-Founder Apple, Woz U & Efforce)

Gary Vaynerchuk (Chairman/ CEO VaynerX/ VaynerMedia)
Gary Vaynerchuk is a serial entrepreneur, and serves as the Chairman of VaynerX and the CEO of VaynerMedia. Gary is considered one of the leading global minds on what’s next in culture, relevance and the internet. Known as “GaryVee” he is described as one of the most forward thinkers in business – he acutely recognizes trends and patterns early to help others understand how these shifts impact markets and consumer behavior. Whether its emerging artists, esports, NFT investing or digital communications, Gary understands how to bring brand relevance to the forefront. He is a prolific angel investor with early investments in companies such as Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, Venmo, Snapchat, Coinbase and Uber.
Peer Stemmler (Head of DACH Zoom Video Communications)
Head of DACH at Zoom Video Communications, Peer Stemmler is responsible for the business in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. He brings more than 20 years of experience in the video communications, software and consulting industries to the company, including extensive knowledge of Software as a Service (SaaS). Previously, Peer Stemmler was Managing Director of Webex in Germany.
Ben Marks (Director Global Market Development Shopware)
Ben Marks is a demonstrated leader in the world of open source commerce ecosystems & strategy. After teaching himself PHP in 2003, he helped to connect hundreds of thousands of open source developers while launching tens of thousands of developer careers worldwide over the past decade. Ben has been working as Magento Lead Evangelist before he intentionally joined Shopware. He believes in the power of commerce ecosystems to transform lives and dedicates himself to bringing people together for this purpose.
