Integrations

Connect Shopware with the systems you use

Keep the ERP, PIM, CRM, and other systems your business relies on. Shopware’s open commerce architecture lets you control how they connect. Use Shopware Nexus for data and workflows, extensions for commerce functionality, or Shopware APIs and partners for direct or tailored integrations. Combine or extend these paths as needed.

You built your stack. Keep it connected.
How it works

Start with the job, then choose the right path.

Synchronize data, extend the commerce experience, or solve requirements specific to your business. The right setup may use one path or a combination.

Data and workflow orchestration

Orchestrate data and workflows with Shopware Nexus

Use Shopware Nexus when systems need to exchange data or trigger workflows. For example, products from a PIM, stock and prices from an ERP, customer data from a CRM, or orders sent to fulfilment. Shopware’s orchestration layer lets teams map, transform and monitor these flows through visual, reusable workflows, reducing custom integration effort.

  • Sync products, stock, prices, customers, and orders

  • Trigger workflows from Shopware events or schedules

  • Map and transform data between systems

  • Monitor runs and reuse workflows across projects

Commerce functionality

Use extensions to add commerce functionality

Choose an app, plugin, or custom extension when an integration adds or changes functionality in the storefront, checkout, admin, or other parts of the Shopware platform, such as search, payments, loyalty, personalization, or product recommendations.

Specific requirements

Use Shopware APIs and integration partners for further flexibility

When your setup needs more than a standard connector or extension, use Shopware APIs to tailor the integration and work with an experienced partner for mapping, implementation and rollout. A partner can support Nexus, extensions or a combined approach.
